Repeating What To Do

I apologize I didn't address the Deacon for a longtime.
Today I need to talk about "never give up."
I know when a pastor, reverend or whoever try to tell the person many times, when you feel discourage, depressed, disappointed and weak. Go to God first, pray read the word, doing something. Time after time after time you tell them so many times, they don't do it. The pastors get frustrated that is infecting them. Because it's infecting the pastors or whoever, is also infecting they walk. Plus is infecting they relationship with others.
Because of that, sometime they end up pushing them way because repeating problems is not encouraging.
It sad but true. 
When it get frustrating telling them over and over and over that eventually they lost respect all because they not praying, reading the Word, Bible class, Church and so on.
I feel bad that most of us who been told so many times to apply of the Word of God or biblical so that we don't fall. Unfortunately not everyone getting it.
Brothers and sisters if you going through something, give it to God hands. That's all you can do.
